1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InsultHero ("the Service"), operated by SOFT DEV FC LLC, Fujairah, UAE ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InsultHero is an AI-powered creative insult battle game for entertainment purposes only. Users compete in structured rounds of creative verbal sparring judged by artificial intelligence. The Service includes free and premium tiers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service offers content rating tiers (PG, PG-16, R) to help users select age-appropriate content.

4. User Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Guest accounts store data locally and may be lost if browser data is cleared. Google-linked accounts enable cloud persistence of your profile, stats, and progress.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to target, harass, or bully any real person
  • Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Attempt to circumvent daily usage limits or credit systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates any applicable law
  • Share, distribute, or republish AI-generated insults to harass others

All insults generated on the platform are fictional, AI-assisted creative content intended purely for entertainment within the context of the game. The Company does not endorse or encourage the use of such content outside the game environment.

6. Content Moderation

The Service employs AI-based content moderation to filter harmful content. While we strive to prevent objectionable content, AI moderation is not perfect. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Premium Subscription & Payments

InsultHero offers a Premium tier providing additional features including unlimited daily battles, crafts, voice plays, and exclusive battle skins. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By purchasing Premium:

  • You authorize recurring monthly charges of the displayed subscription price
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice
  • Premium status takes effect immediately upon successful payment

8. Free Tier & Daily Credits

Free users receive a daily allocation of credits (battles, crafts, and voice plays) that reset at midnight UTC. Credit limits may be adjusted at our discretion. Running out of credits does not constitute a disruption of service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of SOFT DEV FC LLC. User-generated insults created during gameplay are licensed to us for use in leaderboards, promotional materials, and service improvement. You retain no exclusive rights to AI-generated content.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the AI (including opponent insults, judge verdicts, and crafted insults) is produced by third-party AI models and does not reflect the views or opinions of SOFT DEV FC LLC. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFT DEV FC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOFT DEV FC LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fujairah, UAE.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
